RTI Goals & Objectives
Reach Training Institute (RTI) is a church-based, ministry training center based in Salem, Oregon (Salem Alliance Church). As an educational partner of Crown College in St. Bonifacius, Minnesota, our goal is to develop highly-effective leaders through theological education and practical ministry experience for kingdom service, internationally and locally, at the lowest possible cost. While the RTI concept has its roots in identifying and training workers primarily for international service, the same heart applies to U.S.-based ministry workers.
Goal #1 - To graduate field-ready individuals for international/local C&MA service who:
are debt-free
are licensed with Alliance NW
are Biblically trained, intellectually sharp, and culturally astute
have completed home service requirement
Goal #2 - To develop leaders who are prepared for broad kingdom impact within other organizations who:
are equipped to launch effective new ministries
are trained to develop other leaders
have humility and character to lead through conflict
have a global perspective and biblical worldview
