RTI Ministry Practicums provide hands-on, learn-by-doing opportunities for students under the supervision of seasoned ministry leaders. Students are assigned to two Core practicums during their Freshman year and two Customized practicums during their Sophomore year (1 credit each) in order to provide broad exposure to ministry venues and leadership styles.

Junior residency practicums take place during the Junior year (1 credit each), giving students opportunities to lead in specific areas of ministry under guided supervision.

Residency practicums during the Senior year (2 credits each) are student-initiated and faculty-approved, allowing students to lead at the highest possible levels, while completing Alliance Licensed Ministerial Experience (A.L.M.E.) requirements. Site Supervisors are provided in each practicum for accountability, feedback, and encouragement in fulfilling all aspects of each practicum.
